It was a truly wonderful, uplifting experience to immerse oneself in the Mantra-like sounds; a powerful, primal essence of the universe, a gift from Quang Binh's nature.
In the early afternoon, the group enjoyed lunch right inside the cave. The tour's logistics team prepared the food, and as the group requested vegetarian meals, lunch consisted of fresh vegetables, root vegetables, fruits, rice balls, bánh chưng (a traditional sticky rice cake), and natural spring water.
After their meal, the group continued their exploration, engaging in various activities within the cave. Some sections were narrow or deep, requiring careful maneuvering, climbing, and firm foot placement to navigate the cave walls. Upon completing their cave adventure, the group returned to the initial meeting point to rest and freshen up.
'In the evening, the group moved from the meeting point to Love Valley. Everyone socialized, set up their tents, and prepared dinner. After the meal, we gathered around a campfire, chatting under the moonlight, and combined it with a sound meditation session, listening to the birds chirping amidst the vast mountain wilderness. Doc Mieu military base is located in Gio Phong commune, Gio Linh district, Quang Tri province. Truong Son National Martyrs Cemetery
